Over 65 percent of all Honda and Acura vehicles sold in the U.S. are also made in the U.S. The plants in Ohio, Alabama, and Indiana manufacture the vehicles with the engines and transmissions that are produced in Ohio, Alabama, and in Georgia. Last year, Honda produced 1.2 million vehicles in the United States and currently employs more than 20,000 manufacturing associates. In the past four years, Honda has increased its investment by $3.4 billion for its facilities and production operations in the U.S., which highlights the company’s commitment to bringing high-quality vehicles to American drivers.
